This is a static website. We do not require an account and we do not sell your data. The only place we actively collect personal information is the Be a Guest form. When you submit it, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, company or title, a link such as LinkedIn, and the message you write. You choose what to share; email is the only field we truly need in order to reply.

We use the information you submit for one purpose: to review your guest application and get back to you about appearing on The Wake Up X Solutions. We do not add you to marketing lists without your say-so, and we do not share your submission publicly.

Everything recorded for the show is meant to be seen. Full episodes, video, short clips, quotes, and graphics are published and promoted publicly on podcast platforms, YouTube, this website, LinkedIn, and other social media. That is the whole point of the show, and every guest agrees to it in writing before we record.

Your Be a Guest submission is the opposite. It is private correspondence between you and the WakeUpX team. It is never published, never posted, never advertised, and never sold, whether or not you end up on the show. Anything you mark as off the record stays off the record.

This site does not set its own advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded players from third-party platforms may set cookies of their own; we do not control their practices.

We keep guest-form submissions only as long as needed to follow up with you, and we remove them when they are no longer useful. The site is served over encrypted HTTPS and hardened with modern security headers to protect data in transit.
